Redbrook Village hall would like say a very big thank-you & celebrate our recent success in getting grant funding for our new chairs from the Magnox Socio-economic Scheme & Newland Parish Council.
This has been a welcome addition to the hall in February 2020 as replacements for the older heaver chairs that have seen much better days & were not the most comfortable or easy to move by the hall users, however they have now been recycled via a community up-cycling scheme.
The new chairs were put into use within hours of arrival, after being unpacked by the committee volunteers, by the Ballet classes, Baby & Toddler group and the monthly film club, who as you can see were now sitting comfortably at arrival for the film club.
